CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of June 19 76 The followingmembers were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76419
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WALTER STRAND, dba WALT'S 66, FOR OPERATION OF
A TRUCK/TRAILER RENTAL BUSINESS AT A SERVICE STATION (A-645)
WHEREAS, Walter Strand, dba Walt's 66, has requested a conditional use permit to
operate a truck/trailer rental service at his service garage located at the northwest
corner of County Road 6 and Highway 101;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its -
approval ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Walter Strand, dba
Walt's 66, for a conditional use permit to operate a truck/trailer rental service at
this service garage located at the northwest corner of County Road 6 and Highway 101
subject to the following conditions:
I. Permit be for six months' duration.
2. Total number of rental units not to exceed 16 units regular usage.
3. Paving and landscape bond be posted with a 120 day term for 150% of the cost of
improvements to assure compliance.
4. Trucks be stored on the north end of the station site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vot bei no, take thy the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor H�lde, ounce men a s',
Seibold and Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
