Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,-was--Tield on the 21st day
of June 19 76. The following members were present:

The following me ers were absent:_ Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-318
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR CLIFFORD FREEMAN (A-658)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Clifford Freeman by
Resolution #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division; _
1. Execution of the agreement concerning future development plans for the property.
2. Granting of a written 20 ft. wide easement for trail purposes along County
Road 15 frontage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o7 ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Courcilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
