Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
of June , 19 76. The following members were present:
yor Hilde, counci men We -17s, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: LOuncilman Runt
Councilman S Beth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-317
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR BEN SOPKO (A-659)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Ben Sopko by Resolution
#76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division: '
1. Execution of the agreement concerning future development plans for the property.
2. Granting of a written 20 ft. wide easement for trail purposes along County
Road 15 frontage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
