CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Eeld on t e 21st day of
June 9.1976 The following members were present:

RESOLUTION #76- 316
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED LOT FOR CLIFFORD FREEMAN (A-658)
WHEREAS, Clifford Freeman, 14607 County Road 15, Plymouth, has requested a division of
existing parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43733 Parcel 4600
To be divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 118
Range 22 described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast
Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southeast
Quarter of Southeast Quarter a distance of 446.74 feet to the east line of the West
446.74 feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along
said East line a distance of 820.00 feet to the point of beginning. thence Westerly
on a line parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter
a distance of 213,97 feet to the West line of the East 213.97 feet of the West 446.74
feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said
West line a distance of 160.04 feet more or less to the centerline of County Road No.
15; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the East line of the West 446.74 feet
of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Southerly along said East line
a distance of 246.83 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to an easement for roadway purposes over and across the Northerly 33 feet
thereof.

Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southeast
Quarter of Southeast Quarter, a distance of 232.77 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing Easterly along said Southe line a distance of 213.97 feet to the
East line of the West 446.74 feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter;
thence Northerly along said East line a distance of 820.00 feet; thence Westerly on a
line parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, a
distance of 213.97 feet to the West line of the East 213.97 feet of the West 446.74
feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Qwnrter; thence Southerly along said
West line to the point of beginning.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
