The following members were present: Me yor %111o e, ouncilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth Me o owing members were absent:— Councilman Hunt Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its d option: RESOLUTION #76-315 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED.LOT FOR BEN SOP"O(A-659) WHEREAS, Ben Supko 14615 County Road 15, Plymouth, has requested a division of existing parcels within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the'necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43733 Parcel 4400 To be divided into two parcel as follows: Parcel A That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 118, Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said South- east Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the South line of said South- east Quarter of Southeast Quarter, a distance of 232.77 feet to the East line of the West 232.77 feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said East line a distance of 745.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence Westerly at right angles, a distance of 152.77 feet; thence Northerly at right angles a distance of 180.82 feet, more or less to the centerline of County Road No. 15; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the East line of the West 232.77 feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Southerly along said East line to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for roadway purposes over and across the Northerly 33 feet thereof. Resolution #76-315 Page 2 Parcel B That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 118 Range 22, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, a distance of 232.77 feet to the East line of the West 232.77 feet of said Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said East line, a distance of 745.02 feet; thence Westerly at right angles a distance of 152.77 feet; thence Northerly at right angles, a distance of 180.82 feet, more or less, to the centerline of County Road No. 15; thence Southwesterly along said centerline to the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence southerly along said West line to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for roadw.y purposes over and across the Northerly 33 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hitde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
