HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-314CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of June 19 76 , The following members were present: Mavor Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth e o owing members were a sent: Councilman Hunt tirir Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N76- 314 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GERALD PROVOST FOR HOME OCCUPATION OF HYDRO- STATIC TESTING OF SCUBA TANKS IN HOME (A-563) WHEREAS, Gerald Provost has requested renewal of his conditional use permit for a home occupation for hydrostatic testing of scuba tanks at 17125 -11th Avenue North; AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that'it should and hereby does approve the request of Gerald Provost for a renewal of his conditional use permit for a home occupation for hydrostatic testing of scuba tanks at 17125 -11th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: The permit be for a period of one year. 2. No sign be allowed on petitioner's property relative to his home occupation. 3. No repair of tanks be conducted. 4. No outside storage of any materials related to this home occupation be permitted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by S i man Seibold , and upon vote beingtaken t}�ereon, the % ow ng vote in favor thereof:-- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Nei s, Seibold and Spaeth Ine Tollowing voted against or abstained Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly phas5ed and adopte
