Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-313
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SOIL TESTING SERVICES OF MINNESOTA (A-575)
WHEREAS, Soil Testing Services of Minnesota has requested a conditional use permit
to operate a soil testing service in 2,900 sq. ft. of Building "C" of Vantage Com-
panies' Westpark Plaza complex;
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Soil Testing Services
of Minnesota for a conditional use permit to operate a soil testing service in 2,900
sq. ft. of Building "C" of Vantage Companies' Westpark Plaza complex subject to the
following conditions:
1. Conditional use permit be for one year.
2. No signs be placed on any sign standards other than those approved as per the
site plan dated August 5, 1974 and approved by the Council.
3. Identification of six parking spaces on the site to be used by petitioner.
4. Parking of company vehicles be restricted to truck court and/or warehouse
storage area.
5. No outside storage of equipment, materials or waste.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
