RESOLUTION NO. 76-312
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
WITH THE CITY OF MAPLE GROVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FIREFIGHTING MUTUAL
AID THROUGH THE NORTH SUBURBAN MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Maple Grove has requested membership in the North Suburban
Mutual Aid Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to enter into a contractual
agreement with the City of Maple Grove for the purpose of providing firefighting
Mutual Aid through the North Suburban Mutual Aid Association.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken _hereon, the
following voted in or thereof: "Actino Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
and adopted.
