Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 19 76. The following members were

Councilman 5napth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 310
HENNEPIN COUNTY ROAD 10 ALIGNMENT WITHIN PLYMOUTH BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 18 '
AND I-494
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Public Works Department has transmitted a print entitled
"C.S.A.H. No. 10 Alignment Study, April 16, 1974" to the City of Plymouth for review
and comments;
AND, WHEREAS, said print depicts a proposed alignment of County Road 10 (Bass Lake
Road) upon future reconstruction between a point 2600 ft. west of County Road 18 and
I-494;
AND, WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed said proposal and has recommended
substantial changes thereto;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct Staff to transmit a letter to the
Hennepin County Public Works Department requesting redesign of said proposal such
that the alignment west of Zachary Lane is adjusted to remove the numerous curves
and grades both now existent and reflected in the current alignment proposal.
FURTHER, that said redesign would appear to require roadway adjustment to the north
where the City of Plymouth has obtained substantial additional right-of-way dedi-
cation to assist in accomplishing such adjustment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seihnld A Snaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
