WHEREAS, It_appears that Long Lake Ford of Long Lake, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNES01
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter.into.the attached
contract: with Long Lake -Ford of'Long Lake, Minnesota for a..two-wheel drive'tractor =_
loader,_l.uw center of gravity according to the specifications therefor.' approved.
by aha City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk for the low -bide
amount of $11,972.28.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders—
the deposit made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder an
.the next lowest bidder shall be retained until the contract has been signed.
