CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reMlar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Hinnesotz:, was held of n the 7th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76,308
AWARDING BIDS
27,500 GVW CHASSIS TRUCK & CAB
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for one 27,500 GVW Chassis Truck and
Cab for the City of Plymouth, bids were received on May 25, 1976 at 10:00 a.m., opened
and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with
the advertisement:

Superior Ford $11,537.00
'Crystal Motors, Inc. $12,285.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Superior Ford of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW 1HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a purchase
agreement with Superior Ford of Minneapolis, Minnesota for the purchase of one 27,500
G.V.W. Chassis Truck and Cab in the low bid amount of $11,537.00.
2. The City Clerk Whereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until -'a purchase order has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
