Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
June , 197_. The following members were present:

its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76- 306
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, SNYDERS LAKEVIEW ADDITION (WESTERLY PORTION)
WHEREAS, Philip r. Petersen, owner of Lot 9, Block 2, Snyders Lakeview Addition, has
waived his right to assessment hearings on the following described parcel for area
and lateral benefits installed under Project No. 68-1E, Southwest Sewer and Water:
That part of Lot 9, Block 2, Snyders Lakeview Addition lying Westerly of a line
measuring 131 feet in length from the Southerly lot line of Lot 9 and measured at a
right angle to, parallel to and at a distance measured to be 123 feet from the Westerly
lot line of Lot 9. In addition that part of Lot 9 lying North of a line 15 feet South
of, measured at a right angle to and parallel with the Northerly lot line of said
Lot 9.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:1
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands
named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited
by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a
period of 15 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first
Monday in January, 1977 and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the
date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall
be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until
December 1976. To each'subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for
one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Director
except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment.is paid within 30
days from the adoption of this resolut4on and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to
the County Finance Director the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with
interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the
County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County, and
such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other mipriicipal

5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $2,590.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold & Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
