Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 304
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR JUEL SVENKERUD (A-602)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Juel Svenkerud 1by Resolu-
tion #76- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:.
1) Park dedication fee of $150 for the new created lot be paid to the City prior
to recording of the lot division.
2) All construction to comply with City Zoning Ordinance setback requirements,
i.e. 50 ft. front yard, 15 ft. side yards and 20% of the depth of the lot for
rear yard.
3) Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges), Area and/or
lateral charges be paid prior to building permit issuance.
4) Any new sewer or water connections be made at the owner's expense.
5) No building permit to be issued for proposed Parcel B until such time as public
utilities are available.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bi. Councilmanand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted `Rin favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seihnld A Snaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
