Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June 19_1L. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils, Seihnld R Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-303
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JUEL SVENKERUD FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT
(A-602)
WHEREAS, Juel Svenkerud, 6421 Westchester Circle, Minneapolis, has requested a divi-
sion of an existing platted lot within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Marager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44290 Parcel 4000 Lot 4 "Lake Park Acres"
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The South 186.30 feet of Lot 4, LAKE PARK ACRES according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as measured along the East and West lines thereof. Subject to easements
of record, if any.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 4, LAKE PARK ACRES according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County Minnesota lying
North of the South 186.30 feet, as measured along the East and West lines thereof.
Subject to easements of recorf' if any.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
