HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-302a CITY OF PLYMOUTH 0 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, l+linnesota was held on the the 7th day of June , 19-ZL. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seihold • SpaPth the following members were absent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-302 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES" (A-657) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for "Asplund's Oakwood Shores" as requested by Randy Asplund, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. The dedication of 22 ft. of right-of-way to accommodate the service drive along County Road 10. 2. Park Dedication Fee of $150 per lot to be paid to the City of Plymouth. 3. Final plat approval to be subject to land transfer with the owner of Bass Lake Oaks. 4. Purchase of the outlot along Deerwood Lane by petitioner to provide access to 57th Avenue North. 5. A 10 ft. wide drainage easement along the west side of Lot 6 and the east side of Lot 7. 6. Outlot A be eliminated and a continuous drainage easement be substituted along the extended south line of Lots 10.11 and 15, Block 1 to elevation 906.2 ft. or 15 ft. in width, whichever is greater. 7. Inclusion of a drainage easement to elevation 906.2 ft. along the south lines of Lots 6-10. B. A written 10 ft. utility, snow storage and drainage easement be provided along the north lot lines of Lots 6, 7 and 8. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold & Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
