Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 19_Zo_. The following members were
present:

10=rilman gjath introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76- 301
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "ASPLUND'S OAKWOOD SHORES" FOR
RANDY ASPLUND (A-657)
WHEREAS, Randy Asplund has requested approval of the final plat for "Asplund's Oakwood
Shores", a plat for single family residential development consisting of 15 lots at
the southwest corner of Deerwood Lane and County Road 10 and Development Contract
therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom-
mends its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Randy Asplund for
final plat approval of "Asplund's Oakwood Shores" a plat for single family residential
development consisting of 15 lots at the southwest corner of Deerwood Lane and County
Road 10.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fr!1lowin9vote in favor thereof: Actino Mayor Hunt. Councilman Npilc_
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
