HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-300• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the 7th day of June , 19 76 . The following members were present: Acting Mayor ilmen The following members were absent: mayor i e Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76- 300 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "BASS LAKE OAKS" FOR DOROTHY FOLLESE (A-634) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for Bass Lake Oaks as requested by Dorothy Follese; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. The dedication of 22 ft. of right-of-way to accommodate the service drive along County Road 10. 2. A Park Dedication fee of $150 per lot, i.e. $750, be paid to the City of Plymouth. 3. Land transfer with the owner of Asplund's Oakwood Shores. 4. A 10 ft. wide drainage easement along the east side of Lot 1 and the west side of Lot 2. 5. A 10 ft. wide written easement for utility, snow storage and drainage purposes be provided along the north line of the lots. 6. Provision to the City of a storm drainage easement over said plat to elevation 906.2 ft. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Nilc and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, ine toliowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
