Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting MayorHung, rn��►,jilmen Neils, Seibold & Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 299
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "BASS LAKE OAKS" FOR DOROTHY
FOLLESE (A-634)
WHEREAS, Dorothy Follese has requested approval of the final plat for 'Bass Lake
Oaks", a plat for single family residential development consisting of 5 lots,
at the southwest corner of Deerwood Lane and County Road 10 and the Development
Contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dorothy Follese for
final plat approval of 'Bass Lake Oaks", a plat for single family residential develop-
ment consisting of five lots, at the southwest corner of Deerwood Lane and County
Road 10.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
