Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 1976 . The following members were
present:_ Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils Seibold & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 298
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "BASS LAKE HIGHLANDS" (A-609)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
"Bass Lake Highlands" as requested by Eugene Hickok;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and h-ireby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Requests be incorporated as per the City Engineering Department Memorandum of
May 7. 1976.
2. Outlot A be deeded to the City for County Road 61 right-of-way.
3. Petitioner pay a Park Dedication Fee equalling $8,400 payable to the City of
Plymouth at the time the development contract is executed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils.
Seibold & Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
