Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�r gular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June 19 76 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt. Councilmen Neils Sei'�•1,d & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hildr.
councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 297
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "BASS LAKE HIGHLANDS" FOR EUGENE
HICKOK (A-609)
WHEREAS, Eugene Hickok has requested approval of the final plat for "Bass Lake Highlands"
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 56 lots and 1 outlot, at
the southeast corner of County Road 47 and Pineview Lane and Development Contract therefor
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Eugene Hickok for
final plat approval of 'Bass Lake Highlands", a plat for single family residential
development consisting of 56 lots and 1 outlot located at the southeast corner of
County Road 47 and Pineview Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by rnLnrilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
