Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
7th day of June , 1976 . The following members were
present: Acting ayor Hunt, Coun_c—ilmen_NFe_ils, Seibold & Spaeth
The following members were absent: _Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 295
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MISSION RIDGE SECOND ADDITION"
FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-388)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Inc. has requested approval of the final plat
for "Mission Ridge Second Addition", a plat for single family residential development
consisting of 26 lots and 1 outlot, at the northwest corner of Evergreen Lane and
36th Avenue North and Development Contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Bros. Con-
struction Inc. for final plat approval of "Mission Ridge Second Addition", a plat
for single family residential development consisting of 26 lots and 1 outlot, at
the northwest cnrner of Evergreen Lane and 36th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils
& Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth away frnm tahle.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
