CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawas held on the 7th day of
June 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved

APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUBDIVI5ION UNIT PROJECT
FOR "MEADOW LAWN ESTATES FIFTH ADDITION" FOR MARVIN H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION (A-600)
WHEREAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction has requested a conditional use permit
for a Subdivision Unit Project and preliminary plat approval for "Meadow Lawn Estates
Fifth Addition";
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Marvin H. Anderson
Construction for a conditional use permit for a Subdivision Unit Project and pre-
liminary plat for "Meadow Lawn Estates Fifth Addition" subject to the following
conditions:
1. Utility easements be provided to the Ctiy as per the City Engineer's recommendations.
2. A cash payment to the Park Dedication Fund of $7,950.
3. No building permits to be issued until public utility service is available.
4. No drive access to Zachary Lane for Lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 15, 16, 18 and 19, Block 1,
or Lot 1, Block 2.
5. No drive access to 39th Avenue North for Lots 3, 9, 12 and 26, Block 1 or
Lots 5 and 14, Block 2.
6. No further divisions of Lots 7, 15, 16, 18 or 19 of Block 1.
7. A change in 39th Avenue Lane and 39th Avenue Court to 38th Place to conform
to the City's Street Naming System.
8. Elimination of two lots on the easterly side of the plat on 39th Avenue North
and enlarging of Lots 18-22, Block 2 and Lots 22-31, Block 1 to accommodate
the transition with the existing neighborhood.

9. The proposed ponding area shown on the plat be designed as dry land and included
in the adjoining private lots.
10. Elimination as far as practical of the long, triangular lot points in the final
plat design.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo : Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Sgibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: Nonp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
