CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of
th City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
glth day of June , 19 76, The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils. Seibold & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Ma.yor Hilde
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 292
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH STANDPIPE WATER RESERVOIR SP -3, DATED
MAY 14, 1976 TO BE LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 6
AND FERNDALE ROAD (A-669)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a site plan, SP -3, dated -
May 14, 1976 for a standpipe water reservoir to be located at the northeast corner
of County Road 6 and Ferndale Road (Plat 43730, Parcel 1820);
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CODICIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of the City of Plymouth.
for site plan approval for a standpipe water reservoir to be located at the northeast
corner of County Road 6 and Ferndale Road, SP -3 dated May 14, 1976, subject to the
following:
That the landscape plan for the standpipe water reservoir be submitted to the
Planning Commission for their review prior to construction and after a reasonable
time period and effort on behalf of the City would be made to discuss the land-
scaping for the site with the surrounding property owners.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold & Snaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
