CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseh ld on the 24th day
of May , 19 76 . The following members were present-

Councilman Hunt ' introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-289
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE PARK DEDICATION ACCOUNT (COMMUNITY PARKS) FOR DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE PILGRIM LANE JUNIOR BASEBALL FIELD
WHEREAS, construction of a Junior Baseball Field at the Pilgrim Lane School is an
element of the approved 1976 Parks Capital Improvements Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that .it should and hereby does appropriate $4,000 from the Park Dedication
Fund (Community Parks) for construction of said Pilgrim Lane Junior Baseball Field.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
