Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of May 19 76 The following members were present:
Tgoorfo Hide, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The lowingmembers were absent: one
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION N76-288
DIRECTING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 1976 PARK PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has adopted a 1976 Parks Capital Improvements
Program dated May 24, 1976;
AND, WHEREAS, certain projects within said Capital Improvements Program will require
the preparation of plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct and authorize the City Manager
to contract for design services of 1976 Parks Capital Improvements Projects with
such professional design firms as he may deem appropriate for the nature of the
work required.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
man Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
