Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 24th day

APPROVING 1976 PARKS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended a
1976 Capital Improvements Program for Parks in an aggregate amount of $220,000;
AND, WHEREAS, said Capital Improvements Program, dated May 24, 1976 has been reviewed
in detail by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt said Capital Improvements Program
and amend previous 1976 Parks Capital Improvements Program approvals accordingly.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman _Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted—in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
