Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of May 1976 . The following me-bers were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-284
APPROVING ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR PROJECT 601
DEERWOOD LANE STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 14, 1976, Exhibit B,
has recommended an assessment policy for the Deerwood Lane Storm
Sewer Project No. 601, and
WHEREAS, this proposed policy has been reviewed by this Council;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the proposed assessment policy for the Deerwood Lane
Storm Sewer Project No. 601 as recommended by the City Manager in
his report dated May 14, 1976 be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo_Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
