Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of May , 1976 . The following members were present:
Moor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils_, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-283
APPROVING UNIFORM ASSESSMENT RATE
PROJECT NOS. 116, 601 R 606
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 14, 1976 has recommended a
single assessment rate for all properties of similar character for
Project 116, Pinetree Pond storm sewer, Project 601, Deerwood Lane
storm sewer and Project 606, Parker's Lake storm sewer, and
. WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed this recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that a uniform assessment rate be established for each of
the following storm drainage projects based upon the residential
and commercial/industrial uses: Project 116, Pinetree Pond storm
sewer, Project 601, Deerwood Lane storm sewer and Project 606,
Parker's Lake storm sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
QoWnnc_ilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votein favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
