CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day
of May , 19Zk_. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-282
APPROVING ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR PROJECT 116
PINETREE POND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 14, 1976, Exhibit A, has
recommended an assessment policy for the Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer
Project No. 116, and
WHEREAS, this proposed policy has been reviewed by this Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the proposed assessment policy for the Pinetree Pond Storm Sewer
Project No. 116 as recommended by the City Manager it ;pis report dated
May 14, 1976 be and the same is hereby approved providing that the
estimate of $75,000 for the City -MSA storm sewer contribution be
reimbursed through the ad valorem levy, and FURTHER that the temporary
pumping costs be included as project costs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
