CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due -all and notice thereof, a r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was -hiel d on the 17th day
of May , 19 76 The following members were present:
Mayor Rilde, councilmen Hun -f—, -Neils, -Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent:__-None—

Ma or Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-281
ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING
ASSESSMENT AND FUNDING FOR STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 14, 1976'proposed certain
amendments to the Storm Drainage Policy, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the Manager's report and recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE& BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the revisions suggested by the City Manager to the Policies and
Procedures Regarding Assessment and Funding for Storm Drainage Systems
be and the same are hereby approved as amended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted to favor thereof--
Seibold and Spaeth :Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Ine tollowing vc_ed against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
