Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
10 the City Council of ,the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held or the the

The following members were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-280
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR PERIOD ENDING
APRIL 30, 1976
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending April 30, 1976 was presented
to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that payment of the list of disbursements for the following funds is
approve::
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $ 515,586.00
. Construction Fund 55,612.16
Plymouth State Bank
Water Fund 55,890.94
Sewer Fund 97,316.86
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Special Assessment Fund 679,742.52
GRAND TOTALS ALL FUNDS $ 1,404,148.48
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cgiinrilman W ha , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
vor thereof: following voted to faf: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils_
Seibold and Soaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
