. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minn â–ºvas held on the the
17th day of May , 19_7E. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda fnunrilman Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaoth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-279
APPROVING AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE FOR 1976
RAY SYKES, DBA, SUPERIOR FORD, INC.
WHEREAS, Ray Sykes, dba, Superior Ford, Inc., has submitted an application
for Automobile Dealer License to the City Council for approval,
in accordance.with Chapter III, Section. 18, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Automobile Dealer License of Ray Sykes,
dba, Superior Ford, Inc., be approved for a period from May 1, 1976
through April 31, 1977.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Snapth
The following voted against -or -abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
