Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, t9innesotz, was held on the 17th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-276 -
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 514 GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associate,.. Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 5 in the amount of $ 27,098.47 to Nodland Associates, Inc. fpr
