Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Saihnld and Spaeth ol ic,aing ire,--Ders were aos_nc: None Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and roved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0: 76-270 ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND SETTING HEARING DATE' CHELSEA WOODS AREA STREET LIGHTING WHEREAS, pursuant.to a resolution of the Council adopted, -May 3, 1976, a report has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the Chelsea Woods area by installation of ornamental residential street lighting and this report was received by the Council on May 1.7, 1976 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvewent pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ 3,434.40. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day of June, 1976 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
