CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Ply.�.outh, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day
of May , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 76-269
ACCEPTING REPORT AND SETTING DATE FOR HEARING
WOOD CREEK ADDITION STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted -April 19, 1976, a report -
has been prepared with reference to the improvement of the Wood Creek Addition by
the installation of ornamental residential street lighting and this report was
received by the Council'on May 17, 1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PLYMOUTH, -
MINNESOTA:
. I. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the
report and the assessment of benefiting property for all ora portion of the cost
of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $ 1240.20.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day of
June 1976 in the Council Chambers of the City Public forks Building,
14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p'.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and -published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the fore^,.-ir.g Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
