Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ceaular meeting of
r the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-266
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES
FOR BASS LAKE PROJECT NO. 607
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of sanitary sewer and water
laterals and service lines, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter
and all necessary appurtenances for the proposed Schmidt Lake West Addition
(Plat 47311, Parcel 4514) was filed with the Council on May 17, 1976 and is
hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by the owners of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed and said petitioner does hereby waive his rights to a public hearing
and requirements for preparation of a preliminary engineering report; and in
lieu thereof, the cost estimates and related assessment figures as presented
at the public hearing for Project No. 607 on February 23, 1976 will be
utilized.
3. The improvements as herein outlined shall be incorporated in with the plans
and specifications for Project No. 607.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde- Cnunrilmen Hent, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained- None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
