Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
17th day of May , 19]x. The following members were
present: Mayor HilAe Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and SnaPth
The following members were absent, one
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-264
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR "SCHMIDT LAKE WEST"
(A-664)
WHEREAS, Gordon Johnson and Robert Ostrum have requested rezoning of the property
located at the northwest corner of Larch Lane and 47th Avenue North known as
"Schmidt Lake West";
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of said
request;
. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council, on May 17, 1976 has approved said rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following actions prior to
publication of said Ordinance Amendment:
1. Final Plat and development contract to be filed and executed.
2. Availability of sewer and water to the site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neilc , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen_ Hunt, Neils, Seibold & Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: mayor Hilde Nnt prpcant
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
