Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
17th day of May 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-263
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "PLYMOUTH CENTER ADDITION" FOR CITY OF PLYMOUTH (A-94)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested preliminary plat approval of "Plymouth
Center Addition" located at the northwest corner of Niagara Lane and State Highway
55;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of the City of Plymouth
for preliminary plat approval of "Plymouth Center Addition" located at the northwest
corner of Niagara Lane and State Highway 55.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cg4ncilman _ and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hurt. Neils,
Seibold and Soaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
