Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
17th day of May , 1976 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-262
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF REZONING FOR "PLYMOUTH CENTER ADDI-
TION" FROM R-0 AND R-4 TO B-1, B-2 AND B-3 FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (A-94)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested rezoning of'the property at the northwest
corner of Niagara Lane and State Highway 55 known as "Plymouth Center Addition";
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of said
request;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council, on May 17 1976 has approved said rezoning,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following actions prior to publi-
cation of said Ordinance Amendments:
Final Plat approval of "Plymouth Center Addition" corresponding to one or more of
said Ordinances.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold andSpaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
