Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rggul meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
17thday of May , 1976. The following members were
present: Mayor HJ UCouncilmen Hunt, Nei'l_e, Seibold and spapth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-261
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR KUSTOM
DIE CO. (A-411)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Kustom Die. Co.
by Resolution #76-260;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot consolidation:
That additional water and sewer REC charges be paid at the time of building permit
application.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CQWncilman H��t� , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Soaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
