Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
17,th __ day of May , 19_Zfi__. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. CouncilmenHunt. . Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: one
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-257
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A REPAIR GARAGE AND PARTS BUSINESS FOR FOUR WHEEL
DRIVE VEHICLES IN A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT FOR JOHN WITT (A-208)
WHEREAS, John Witt has requested a conditional use permit to utilize the Kreatz Bros.
building at 1115 Vicksburg Lane for a repair garage and parts business for four wheel
drive vehicles;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of John Witt for a condi-
tional use permit to utilize the Kreatz Bros. building at 1115 Vicksburg Lane for a•
repair garage and parts business for four wheel drive vehicles in a B-3 Zoning District
subject to the following conditions:
1. No signs other than on the facade of the building as presently constructed.
2. No outdoor storage of parts, waste, materials.
3. Review by the fire marshal and City Building Inspector prior to occupancy
by petitioner.
4. All outdoor overnight parking of customers' vehicles be limited to not more
than five (5) at one time at the west end of the structure.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _C r i1man Snapti , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt Neil_ Seibold
and Saaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
