Council of the City of Plymouth, Ilinnesot, was held on the 17th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
u�ovzd lts adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 76-256
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 605-001 COUNTY ROAD 6 AND FERNDALE ROAD WATER MAIN
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 196 day of April, 1976 fixed a
date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the City of Plymouth's Water
Distribution Trunk System by construction of a 12" water trunk main on County Road 6
from Ranier Lane to the reservoir site; and a 16" water trunk main on Ferndale Road
south from County Road 6 approxii,,ately 1200 feet; and a 16" water trunk main on County
Road 6 from the reservoir site to Ferndale Road, together with all necessary restoration
and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the
IDrequired notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of May, 1976
at which.all.persons ci�siring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. Such imp-ovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
April 19, 1976.
2. Bonestroo,' Rdsene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc -is hereby designated as the engineer
for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the fore^ging Resc.lution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth •, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o c::ing voted in Tavor tnereo;: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth _
