Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
3rd day of May , 19 The following members were
present: Mayor Hi Ide, Uounce Imen Hunt, ails, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-252
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR TAXI -CAB DRIVER'S LICENSES FOR
ROBERT A. HAY AND LONNIE D. NELSON FOR THE RADIO CAB COMPANY FOR THE PERIOD
JANUARY 1, 1976 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1976
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received applications for Taxi -Cab Driver's
Licenses from the following listed persons, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 8 of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following persons be granted Taxi -Cab Driver's
Licenses for a period to expire December 31, 1976.
Robert Alec Hay
Lonnie D. Nelson
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken theraon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
