Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
' the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the the
3rd day of May , 19 76. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Nffils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 76-251
APPROVING 1976 TAXI -CAB VEHICLE LICENSES
FOR RADIO CAB COMPANY
WHEREAS, Radio Cab has requested a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity for the purposes of operating'two (2) taxi -cabs
in the City of Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 8, of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
is hereby granted to Radio Cab Company for 1)76 for the operation
of two (2) taxi -cabs,
AND FURTHER that the taxi -cab licenses for the vehicles listed below are
hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

inat and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
