CITY OF PLY14OUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymoutj , Minnesota, was held on the
3rd day of May , 19 . The following members were
present: Mayor i e, ounce men Hunt, l�teils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 250
ENDORSING THE ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITIES
POLICY STATEMENT ON THE METROPOLITAN INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK GUIDE
WHEREAS, a committee of the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities has
recommended a policy statement on the Metropolitan Investment Framework Guide,
and
WHEREAS, this policy statement has been formally adopted by the Association
of Metropolitan Municipalities Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council substantially concurs with the findings
and recommendations contained in this policy statement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council endorses the findings and recommendations
contained in the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities policy statement
on the Metropolitan Investment Framework Guide, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution shall be sent to John
Boland and Vern Peterson, indicating the City of Plymouth's support for this
position.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt , and u o votte being taken thereon,the
following voted in favor thereof: ay(r ilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
