Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of Ma , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76- 243
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 401-001 LANCASTER -LANE LIFT STATION
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared by the City Engineer which covers
the installation of a ladder cage and hand rails at the Lancaster Lane Lift
Station and the Mission Farms Lift Station,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $865.00 to -Northern Contracting
Inc. for Project No. 401-001, Lancaster Lane Lift Station is hereby approved and
that the revised contract amount is $130,582.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth
