CITY OF PLYMOUTH
PV,-Stldnt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day
of MaX , 1976 . The following members were present:
Md or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mel-,oers viere absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-241
PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT INSTALLATION - CHELSEA WOODS AREA
W;iEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a petition for street light installation
in the Chelsea Woods Addition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT t;LKEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Chelsea Woods area by
installation of residential street lighting with underground wiring,,filed
with the Council on May 3, 1976 is hereby declared to be signed by she requir04
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This.declaration is made
ih conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended:
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in Tavor tnereoT: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
