CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
3rd day of May , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Counci men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 240
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RPUD PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LUNDGREN
BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF "MISSION TRAILS"
(A-338--RPUD #75-2)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bras. Construction, Inc. has requested preliminary plat aFpr..vil
of "Mission Trails";
AND, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends i,s
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc, for preliminary plat of "Mission Trails" subject to the following
conditions:
1. Utility and drainage easements provided to the City as per the City Engineer's
recommendations.
2. Street name changes as per Staff recommendations.
3. Street grades and design to City Engineering Department standards.
4. That the considerations regarding setbacks and sizes of lots be approved as
requested with the exception of side yards and that these setbacks and lot
sizes be as follows:
a. Front yard setbacks of 30 ft.
b. Side yard setback of 10 ft.
C. Lot area minimums of 8,000 sq. ft.
d. Lot width minimums of 75 ft. except for corner lots with 90 ft.
width minimums.
5. Improvements to the park area and trails to be stipulated as part of the
development contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
