Pursuant to due call andnotice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the .City of Plymouth Minnesota was held on the the
3rd day of May , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 4#76-238
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF. LOT DIVISION FOR DOROTHY
STANGE (A-666)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Dorothy Stange by Resolution
#76-237;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1) Park dedication fee of $150 for the new created lot be paid to the City prior
to building permit issuance.
2) All construction to comply with City Zoning Ordinance setback requirements,
i.e. 50 ft. front yard, 15 ft. side yards and 20% of the depth of the lot for
rear yard.
3) Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges) Area and/or
lateral charges be paid prior to building permit issuance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
Ly Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
wi
follong voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
