CITY OF PLYMOUTH
. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetigpd of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the day of
May , 19 7 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-237
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR DOROTHY STANGE FOR EXISTING'PLATTED LOT
(A-666)
WHEREAS, Dorothy Stange, 2345 Ives Lane, Plymouth, has requested a division of an
existing platted lot within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following divis4on and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 44020 Parcel 3040 Lots 1,2 and 3 Block 3 Elmhurst Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
PA -1 A
That part of Lots 1 and 2, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 2; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 2 a
distance of 105.4 feet; thence Northwesterly parallel with the Northeasterly line
of said Lots 1 and 2 a distance of 54.9 feet; thence Northeasterly in a straight
line to a point in the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1 distant 64.08 feet North-
westerly from the said Southeast corner of Lot 2; thence Southeasterly along the
Northeasterly line of said Lots 1 and 2 to the point cf beginning, all in Block 3,
Elmhurst as presently staked and occupied.

Former Lot 3, Block 3, Elmhurst Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
